Where is the Remnant?

Where is the Remnant?

Come out where ever you are! Many sermons has been preached giving a clarion call for backsliders to come back to God and sinners to come to Jesus but apart from these important invitations there’s a group called the Remnant of God. A Remnant is left over amount from a larger portion of piece, whether it is food, material from which a garment is fashioned, or even a group of people, although remnants could be looked upon as worthless scraps, and many times are, God assigned high value to those of his people whom he had set aside for Holy purposes those he called and labeled as Remnants of the Lord those who are familiar with the former move and anointing of the Holy ghost. The Saints that have been taught and trained to try the spirit by the spirit, to fast intercede and pray until you get your break through Individuals that refuse to settle for brass in the place of gold. There are some old school old church leftovers, leftover to bring the church back to her purpose. Dancing in the spirit, Holy Ghost foot stomping hand clapping and tongue talking power. Where are the leftover believers that God has set aside for this hour? I am calling you out wherever you are. You have been wandering from place to place looking and searching for the unadulterated gospel preached without compromised. Some weary others wounded, some disappointed and sad. God is calling you to the Next Level to take your life from Glory to Glory and make your heart glad. “You are the Remnant the leftover but NOT the left out”. It’s your time come work in the vineyard and what ever is right He will pay.

John 9:4 (KJV) I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

Today I celebrate the legacy that my mother deposited and left behind, I celebrate the womb that carried me, the hands that nurtured me, the arms that held me, the touch that comforted me, and the wisdom that led me. From her body came this prophet, this preacher ,this pastor, this teacher. My mother , my mentor ,my matriarch , I honor your memory by living out the spiritual lessons and teachings that you demonstrated while gracing this earth . I miss you tremendously ,but I take courage and hope, knowing that you awaits with open arms and that big grand smile to welcome me to your new mansion in the kingdom. So with great honor and devotion I acknowledge my mother’s birthday Deaconess /Mother Jamie Forshee

If it had not been for the Lord on our side: The waters would have swallowed us up!

If it had not been for the Lord on our side: The waters would have swallowed us up!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry and Blessed Christmas from our family at Next Level Praise & Worship Center. As this year comes to a end let’s remember as we look back with thanksgiving in our hearts how God brought us out of trials, test, tribulations and temptations, and by His grace He is still bringing us to The Next Level of victory, testimony and triumph. King David express it well in Psalms 124 verses 1-8 “If it had not been the Lord who was on our side when men rose against us.” Verse 3 “Then they had swallowed us up quickly when their wrath was kindled against us.” Look back at the snares and traps laid by enemies, at times co workers, neighbors, even family & friends which have turn their backs on you with hostility. But glory to God!! He closed their throats so they couldn’t swallow you up!! Look at Verse 4 “then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul. The waters of hatred jealousy and animosity didn’t sweep you away from His power and love. O Bless His name and give Him thanks!  Look back over the year, YES there were waters but they didn’t close over your soul. Hallelujah!!  You see, as you look back there have been some high and raging waters we’ve encountered. Waters of death, pain, tears even fears. Look at Verse 6 ” Bless be the Lord who have not given us as a prey to their teeth.”  The enemy couldn’t tear us apart and devour our hopes and dreams. Verse 7 “Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowler’s net, for some nets of sickness and disease, sadness and sorrow, suffering and shame”. The thief came to steal kill and destroy but Jesus came that you might have life and have it more abundantly. Look at the end of Verse 5, ” He broke the snare and we escaped!!”  Glory to God!! In this season you are encouraged to count your blessings and name them one by one, count your many blessing and see what God has done. Be Merry and Thankful for what God has done. Let’s end with verse 8 “Our help is in the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth”!! Look to the hills from whence cometh your help, your help comes from the Lord, the one who is on your side.  God Bless and give Him your highest praise!
